IVPN port forwarding is pretty good. So long as you connect to the VPN every 14 days, you keep the same randomly assigned port, too.

The rule is "don't link to pirated content". Pro tip: the FMHY Lemmy instance does not have this rule, and actually explicitly allows linking to pirated content :). Also, FileCR has Gigapixel.
