Easiest thing to achieve this result is to let the AI redraw the entire image, which means it is somewhat different to the original, even past the obvious change.

Whoops, got the parentheses and brackets mixed up.
The correct notation is: ! [flat brackets for text description of image] (parentheses for image link)
All without spaces between the symbols.
Also: Omit the exclamation point if the link is to a regular web page and not an image.
