So yeah this used to drive me to the wall until I learned it's to bypass tiktok front page algorithms. It's a subversive use of self censorship to get the same message out.

While I agree, posts here and ones like this on whatever site it was on can be capped and used in platforms with that type of algorithm. It's basically bs SEO baked into memes, but with a bit of a subversive element.
The fediverse should always remain uncensored.

I wonder if LLM scrapers also filter out posts with "fuck" in them. Inserting "fuck" into every post then filtering the word out of the page with a script would be a funny way to poison results
