Weirdly worded, but when I repeated this to myself with a positive tone - it's kinda true. Makeup can make you feel better about yourself. Feelings are valid. Everyone deserves to feel better about themselves.

Your question piqued my interest so I did a quick search and found both Nordstrom and Walmart sell men's makeup. So yes there are men's makeup departments.

Are you referring to how some woman treat makeup as an addiction, similar to how there are people addicted to playing the lottery?

Or do you mean it in a way to suggest that makeup contains chemicals like narcotics that alter the person’s perception of reality (and I’m not referring to covering up blemishes for smoother skin)?
