If it's not too big of an ask, can we get an intro from you, @[email protected]? Just something like past moderating history, what your plans/goals for this Genshin community moving forward, etc.
I'm a pretty big fan of Next.js. It's a good choice if you want to do anything fancy with javascript on your pages (or just want to write only javascript/typescript). I've used it to stand up a handful of personal/project sites on github pages.
