I loved the OC Haggen before they closed from all the chicanery. Haven’t shopped the WinCo that replaced it yet mainly because I don’t carry cash or my physical debit card (anyone know if they take debit card tap-to-pay?).

If the Kroger-Albertson's merger goes through (late August 2024), then the OC Albertson's and Safeway stores would be sold to New Hampshire-based C&S Wholesale Grocers (Piggly-Wiggly, Grand Union).

No new info that I have run across.

Closed last week (1/15-19/2024) due to the Ice Storm, and now likely closed this week (1/22-26/2023) due to cybersecurity crisis.

Last two games I actually watched... we better trade viewing schedules, buddy!

I am not opposed to what you have now!

It might be made more compact by allowing instance names to be hidden from the community and poster names (the @lemmy.ml parts) and then combine them both on one line like “community-name by username”. But I also understand wanting to see those instance names as well.

https://images.app.goo.gl/qXBDJBHYEkW2UEWF7 is one compact mode screenshot of Apollo app with usernames showing, but I don’t remember if this was the last version/revision. I do remember that showing usernames was an option, but a non-default one.

Thank you for implementing the feature/option, and more thanks for conversing about it!

Wow, thank you!

Thank you for continuing work on Memmy, and especially bringing back Compact view!

May I ask/suggest an option to once again show the poster's name in Compact View? I really got used to seeing that information back in Apollo and the earlier Memmy versions. Perhaps this could be a toggle along with user/community instance names?

Closed since 2011, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is set to begin repairs of the 150-year-old structure to restore commercial and recreational water traffic between the lower and upper Willamette River.

To provide residents a safe location for private party transactions, including online purchases and for child custody transfers, Oregon City Police has created "Safe Exchange Zones" located at the Robert Libke Public Safety Building. Two designated zones are available-the public parking lot and building lobby; both zones are under 24/7 video surveillance.

A list of other SafeTrade Stations can be found at http://www.safetradestations.com/safetrade-station-list.html (link taken from original article).

Thank you so much for Mlem! This app is soothing my Apollo withdrawals, along with Lemmy in general.

Wondering if an option to show the submitting user (submitter) in the Compact View Post listing might be considered?

Perhaps along with an option to remove community instance name if needed to save space for showing the submitter above?

11am - 8pm. Free to attend, but suggested $10- donation at the gate. Believe they are still open to having more vendors and sponsors, if interested.

Maybe I'll see a few of you there!

Happy Valley and everyone are certainly welcome! However, posted content should be OC-related.
