It's great if what you want is Arch Linux and everything that comes with it. Things might break from time to time.
If you want something more stable I'd go with Fedora or Debian.

Definitely this. Great app.
No but I think roms now are at an all time high for quality and stability.
It's called gnome web now and it's quite good. Still being improved. Extension support is coming.
