Squad has a zombie mod. Not really sure how often it's played. Unfortunately don't have the game installed right now, so can't see if there's any servers running it.

As someone else pointed out STALKER. And there's also STALKER Anomaly/GAMMA (a massive modpack for Anomaly) for basically an infinite replayable sandbox. But probably would benefit from playing at least 1 normal STALKER game first.

Also using Syncthing. It was pretty simple to setup. I’ve been using it for syncing emulator saves mostly but also started using it for steam games that don’t have cloud support.

I’ve had zero issues and the syncing can be set to a low amount of seconds so it’s basically in real time. No need for the app to close and then sync. If I save while playing TOTK, I can see it on PC immediately.

I had a similar issue to this. My keyboard had a firmware issue, and the only way to reset it was to completely unplug the keyboard. The USB port it was connected to had 'always on' so even if the PC was restarting or shutdown, there was still powered going to the keyboard.

I don't understanding tipping up front. Before you've received your food...

Also feels like a threat asking for a tip immediately... Like, if you don't tip or they don't like the amount, the person making it is going to deliberately fuck with the food.

Yeah... I think their business model didn't really help either.

Was excited when I heard SD was working on a new game... But it sounds like it's supposed to be a survival game like DayZ. I'll keep an eye on it...

Not a remake but you can still play. Plenty of servers filled with actual players.

Seems like that's a healthy approach to have. Not getting hyped for it. I really enjoyed playing the original as a fairly non-linear story driven RPG. But there was obviously a lot of things left either half baked or completely left out.

The original release had CDPR over hyping the game themselves. Which just got players setup for disappointment.

I love SD formula for online FPS games. Class and objective based. With some form of skillbased movement. It feels rewarding to spend time learning the game.

W:ET. Quake Wars. Dirty Bomb. Are all FPS games I have good memories of. And occasionally come back to play.
