it's a step on the right direction, but the new law still leaves the door wide open, if not even encourages, discrimination. Basically the only thing that gets easier is to change what your ID Card says.
It even states that for example owners of bath-houses can still kick out customers who don't use the spaces of their biological gender.

wenn du die "DB Navigator" App verwendest, oder in Browser suchst, kannst du in der Suche einstellen, dass nur Regionalbahnen, S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Bus verwendet werden sollen.
Für die Strecke Berlin->Karlsruhe würdest du mit dem Deutschlandticket jedoch ca. 12h Fahrtzeit brauchen.
