Wonderful anime. Watching it always makes me feel better when I'm at a low point in life.
For serios health issues you should consult your doctor. I've been having salty water like that while fasting for a maximum of 3 consecutive days in order to avoid feeling lightheaded, so that's not nearly long enough to deplete my body's vitamin reserves.
Cheapest I've been using is LoSalt: 33% table salt and 66% potassium salt - 4 grams of the stuff per 2 liters of water.
I used a fold 3 since release, and two years in something broke in the hinge and it can no longer opens at 180°. Now the maximum angle is ~175° and it feels awkward to use, and doesn't sit right on a table.
Hopefully Apple will figure out the hinge and screen tech by the time their foldy phone comes out.
It's perfect as it is.
