So you guys are saying I should test drive the experience before buying, especially since I already have an oculus collecting dust? I would love a great wheel, but I'm not paying out the ass for it. And want at least a good experience!

While I can concede your point that it's feasible and possibly even more practical to open from the stem, I gotta say that since switching to the other end years ago(because I saw a similar thread on reddit), it's been super easy and I've had zero issues. The stem just has a higher rate of fucking up, but it's not like either end will fully decimate the banana. Peeling properly after it's opened is an easy fix either way.

Happy to help! I've been enjoying learning more here myself! Love getting inspired to try new dishes as well

I've experimented with this a little as my rice and bean consumption has also risen dramatically in the last few years. When using canned beans, it's easy to just add rice and either water, stock, or undrained cans of diced tomatoes(and always onion!) and pressure cook it all together.

When making the beans from dry, I'll just pressure cook for 30 min after soaking all night, then add the other ingredients and pressure cooker another 10-15 minutes, depending on type of rice. I'll usually simmer it for awhile after the pressure releases. It's a staple in our house! Mix up the seasonings and/or hot sauces and it's so satisfying.

IIRC, the reason sodium batteries would be better is we have abundant stocks of sodium, whereas the raw materials for most other batteries are limited and require more destructive mining. John Oliver just covered some of this on his show last Sunday. If that tech can be improved, hopefully there won't be any deep sea mining for more raw materials!

Tbf, they do have similar faces. They both did a solid job in their roles imho, just the occasional over-acting.

Wow... thanks for more context! So a state agency error results in the judge and prosecutor not having the correct information, but how does the defense attorney not look that up? Maybe overworked, but I would hope for more... And Harris should've spoken up himself that the suspension was lifted on this date by this agency! He could've also just said- I'm driving legally right now. That would have allowed the lawyers to look into it more.

Do you mean philistines?? And wtf are "sea people"? I'm thoroughly confused by all of your comments, as they make no sense.

I just check and there's a recent gem- "I was excited to read this book, but disappointed when I saw the coupons for child coffins." Doing the lord's work! Lmao

You can sail the high seas for Fallout. It's worth it!

Appreciate the link! I need to learn some other methods so this is perfect for me.

Maron is still going strong, thankfully. I like Seinfeld's Netflix show, but haven't seen any stand up of his for years... I could see it being rough.
