That’s what they claim, but suspiciously, the numbers are actually pretty close to western estimates of total casualties, not just killed.

It’s really common for armies to overestimate the damage they are doing to their opponent.

It probably is considerably higher, I don’t think this includes deaths from a lot of the occupied parts of Ukraine — Mariupol for example.
