I actually slept a full 8 hours last night, no wake ups. One day in the office and it kills me haha.

Yes! Now I remember why I used to shower morning and night pre COVID when I was in the city more often.
I've been smoked out of hiding and made to promise I'll go into the office once a week and today was this week's day. It's semi enjoyable and a novelty in the morning but on the way home it's horrid and I need a week to recover.
