Self driving trailer... why not.

Used a self balancing kit, added some tires and body. Works on smooth terrain only.

Based on a scx10ii chassis. 3300kv motor mated to a rc4wd 2 speed trans. Transmission gears have been swapped for higher speeds. Still not enough to smoke the tires. Rear end is an aluminum scx10 driven by an incision driveshaft. Front wheels are airplane landing gear with electric brakes.

Currently has a broken trans due to shifting to 2nd under load. That was stupid

Got one, it's sitting in a box of parts. Did the same trick for the roll pin! So many broken parts, stock and aftermarket. Used it as dog chase vehicle for a while.

Switched to the HBX protector, put in a cheap brushless system. Going on 3 yrs of hard use and abuse by dogs. Nothing has broken on it other than bent shocks from a 100lbs dog landing on it.

Yellow is on a gspeed carbon chassis. Castle 1650 kv and monster x esc. Vitavon knuckles. Injora wheels with 6mm spacers, 2 stage foams wrapped with hyrax tires. GPM shocks, high clearance links, using the stock steering servo. 19.5lbs

Chevy is a primalrc body and partial cage mounted on an extended chassis. Chassis, driveshaft, and rear links stretched by 4.5in. 3d printed and aluminum body/cage mounts. Stock motor and esc, agfrc 78kg steering servo. Custom wheel adaptors for the rovan wheels. 28lbs
