Thank you for the info! Wow. So in the example you gave...would all of your comments on different communities vanish and I would not be able to see them if your home instance went down?

Thank you for setting this up! I was afraid we would have to fully rely on the Twitter community for a while and that would drive me crazy. So glad this place exists.
I'm new to Lemmy. Do you have to have a separate account for each instance or am I doing something wrong?
