Because of bad architecture. Good chance this house is in the south like Houston and yet still has a fireplace.

While back I was looking at home in that area and 9/10 had fireplaces in a climate that maybe sees one or two days below freezing a year.

I’ve also been having a blast with the game. Actually stumbled on this post looking for any communities dedicated to the game.
