Maybe things don’t grow well if there’s too much or too little water or warmth. Even if there is lots of CO2… Worst thing is that we probably can’t predict things ahead of time.

The only limitation is yourself.

 

Summary:

  • decisions are complicated, wide-ranging.
  • scaling is not easy - petri-dish is easy, reactor or wide deployment is not (like other reactors)
  • containment is difficult
  • cost-benefit ratio is important and complicated to determine
  • while any release is global, GMO regulation differs vastly between countries.

Where is this? Any speculation on the intermediate objectives?

 
 

Taking rock (Olivine) and dumping it on the beach, so that the waves break it down, adjust ocean pH and mineralize the CO₂.

 

Not sure if this really scales.
