Yes and no. Networks had ads but cable began inserting their own ads in addition to the network ads. When I ran a company I did large media buys with cable companies. I would buy ads from the regional cable company which would air in between the national ads of Comedy Central, Discovery, etc.

It will reduce the lifespan but not kill the transmission to run it without the fan- especially because you said it's 10C.

As you can see the fan is held on with a clip and easy to replace- unlike my zero turn.

I wish companies and people were held to the standards of their own arguments.

For example because X claimed they don't owe anything because they changed their name from Twitter, any business dealing with X would legally be allowed to use the same argument.

I can smell that photo. I had a Regency as a kid I found somewhere in the house. I had no idea it was the first!

Solo is so forgettable I don't remember any of the references you are making. Could you explain Last Crusade and night time mud blasting?

Marjorie Taylor Green admits she's an atheist! Because she believes They are more powerful than God.

Or it was God's plan for Them to do it?

And what's with MGT using pronouns?

There's a kernel of truth in the nonsense.

The US government issues Treasury bonds. The bonds have value because everyone knows the US government will pay them back with interest.

The government gets its money to pay back Treasury bonds from taxes. If you take all the future bond payment owed and divide it by the number of tax payers, you get an average amount of value that each tax payer is worth.

Sovcits think they can claim that potential value instead of the government selling the value of taxpayers as bonds.

I think the problem is taking two separate photos from two different events on different days and thinking people would put them together.

I bet you could find all sorts of separate photos of musicians from different events where one has armor and another has a red cape.

That was Solo. Everyone double crossing each other doesn't necessarily make a good movie.

I'm new to Minecraft and did a lot of googling but everyone has a different answer for silk touch.

Does anyone have a definite way to get it with an enchantment table?

Some say you need to be level 17 and have 9 bookshelves before it will show up (random). Others say you need to be between level 20 and 30. One says 30. Another says you can just keep trying over and over using a grindstone to remove the wrong enchantment before trying again.

Don't know how old this is but it was new for me today!

I replied to a post in a thread (about how my 15 year old burned DVDs were going bad and what I was doing to remedy it). The thread is still there but my post is gone. It wasn't an argument. It was a reply to someone asking for data backup options.

Some auto generated explanation from Lemmy would be nice like : post deleted by owner. Or posted deleted by moderator.
