I always thought it would be nice if communities (and/or posts) could be tagged. It would open up a lot of potential for discoverability

Hi all,

I've added a tooltip view on the Settings page in Quiblr that helps explain how certain features work (e.g. Remove Duplicates)

Additional detail into Quiblr's features can be found on the GitHub page

Big thanks to @[email protected] for this feature idea.

Let me know what y'all think!

Lemmy markdown + I believe there were some additional checks (e.g. staying within the given client for Lemmy user, post, or comment links).

Lemmy has some markdown that can be a bit tricky.... *cough ~spoilers~ *cough

Cross posted from here

I'm a bit late on this follow up but shoutout to gedaliyah for all the work and the feedback/support!

Are the rules around who can donate or around how much they can donate? My understanding is that in the US, most people can donate directly to a candidate (within a limit) but you can donate unlimited amounts "indirectly" to the candidate

Are there other western countries that have a similar rule regarding money in politics? I'm not familiar with rules regarding political donations in other countries

Why do we find microplastics in humans but not other common substances (e.g. steel, wool, etc.)? I'm not too familiar with why this is happening

Nothing is quite as satisfying as a big gulp of water when you are parched

Hola. Yo creé Quiblr. Si te preocupa la seguridad, aquí está GitHub. Avísame si tienes alguna pregunta.

Perdón por mi mal español.

Thanks for the feedback. I just pushed an update to Quiblr. This should be fixed now for PWA

Quiblr is Lemmy client with a bunch of cool features (e.g. For You feed, masonry posts, accessibility settings). Let me know what you think!

Super exciting update that I've been working on for a while. Finally able to pull together a single Quiblr repo for folks to explore and follow.

Check it out here

Hi all,

Building the Quiblr client has been my passion project on the side. I'm excited to share it with the community!

Check out the repo here

The Quiblr client is now open source!

Excited to finally get to this point and pull together a single working repo for the community to build on and use

Thanks to some great feedback from gedaliyah in this post, I updated all the markdown gaps in Quiblr.

Many thanks for your work making the Lemmy ecosystem better!

If any users spot any other gaps, please let me know. Thanks!

Hi all,

Sharing a few updates for Quiblr. See below:

  • For You feed: A few more signals have been added to Quiblr's recommendation feed. As always, it is (and always will be) 100% private and it still runs entirely on your device. I'm hoping to do a more technical write-up on this at some point in the future. Let me know if that'd be something that interests you!
  • Navigation: I did a complete rework of Quiblr's page navigation. Before, I was leaning on PWA elements for speed and I hadn't invested enough time on optimizing the URL navigation. Clicking around, refreshing, going back, etc. should be a lot more seamless now!
  • Other features: Some other additions include a "Forgot Password" button on the login screen, using the device settings for dark/light theming, viewing image posts in fullscreen, and adding options in settings to show/hide scroll bars & flip the voting arrow order

Hope ya'll love the updates and please keep the feedback coming!
