Any recommendations? I took a look at TikTok but figured I'd ask here to start a discussion.

Not a place that's too expensive (~$15 for Rainbow is reasonable)

Cherry hills sushi Co is great but might be a bit over of your price point.

Kikis japanese casual dining is also great, it's cheaper and has other things besides just sushi but admittedly I don't know if the have rolls. It is a pretty authentic place however.

Uchi in Five Points is excellent, if a little overpriced. Eat at the bar, order the omakase, and you'll get a very personalized menu.

Gonna plug one I don't usually see on these threads but Izu on Colfax has been solid for me. Quality rolls and Katsu and the staff has always been nice. Solid prices so check it them!

Whatever you do, don’t go to tokio next to coors field. I got food poisoning there.

It’s a drive but Izakaya Amu in Boulder is fantastic

Thanks for the heads up!

I’m interested in this as well. I haven’t ate sushi in years

What region of Denver? I know of a couple, but they are North and East of Denver (Thornton area and East)

I'll drive anywhere, I'm just looking for good places to go.

I don't live in Denver so it doesn't matter to me.

I had Hapa in Greenwood Village this past weekend. It was not my favorite but they have multiple locations throughout the metro. It might have just been the choice in rolls.

I honestly prefer Go Fish in Westminster. They have other locations across the metro as well.

Westminster is nearby! I'll try it. :)

Sushi North - Thornton
Yum Asian Fusion - Commerce City
Sushi Katsu - Aurora
Banzai Sushi - Aurora (they have an all you can eat option)
Havent tried it yet, but have a gift card for Uchi Sushi I am excited to try, but they seem a little more expensive.

None of them are super fancy. But they are solid options for suburbia. I'm sure some of the food vlogs on tiktok will have neater options.
Just saw one called Sushi Train. That looks fun! Its served on a toy train.
