We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

The problem is that eventually, they'll get someone that just won't reach across the isle, assuming that this guy isn't himself the one.

You understand how that plays right into the traitor caucus' hands, right? That's hardly "fun."
Shutdowns always backfire electorally for republicans because voters aren't that dumb
The traitor caucus doesn't give a flying fuck about other Republicans' electoral chances. Real damage is done both to all the things managed by the federal government and to the federal workforce itself (in terms of attrition and lower morale) every time the government shuts down. That harm is, in their warped, traitorous worldview, a win.
