You have this backwards. When numbers are big, percentages are more sensitive.

Their plans for future development were probably predicated on a certain amount of profit. If they missed that badly, some planned games might not get made.

It's a hit based industry and they haven't had any hits.

Starfield looks absolutely amazing though so I think that will turn it around.
