I don't think anyone was expecting 60fps from bethesda game studios. Looking at their other games 60 fps was very unlikely.

Not a console user but that seems disappointing to have 30fps on the latest gen.
30 lock is definitely better than fluctuating 30-45 but fuck that's disappointing
There's no way new consoles can't handle 60 FPS given how this game looks like...
Bethesda isn’t really know for high fidelity and high performance. Usually with them you get neither.

I'm surprised they didn't reduce a bit the graphics quality to get 60fps. Well on consoles 30fps used to be the standard. Let's just hope my RTX3070 will hold up 🤞
