Earlier clicked create post, saw that the news link I was about to post had already been submitted, then tried to exit the page and could not. Had to go to the URL field to return to lemmy.world front page and was greeted with a 'Are you sure you want to leave the site?' message.

This is more related to the Lemmy software then this instance specifically.
