I’ve come to find comfort in the idea of being in a simulation. At least then someone’s watching, and maybe cares.
I don't know. From what I can see I think we can safely rule out the possibility of being under the watchful eye of a caring entity.
Making your sim play with a dollhouse
The only rational conclusion is to hack the Sims to include another simulation
IIRC, in The Sims 4, there is a Sims computer game your Sim can play.
