You said "capable of carrying people." It's human rated and has flown uncrewed. There's a crewed flight scheduled.

Boeing's Starliner is in the same situation. Let's go with operating spacecraft then since technically any rocket can carry people if you shove them in the payload bay (loss of life may occur)

It's certified and flight tested. Hardly "any rocket." It's also the only one capable of going to the moon.

Not sure your point. I was taking about Orion, sitting atop SLS. It's capable of carrying people and has been flight tested by going around the moon. What's the contention?

Saturn V was cancelled many many years ago. Falcon 9 is the only currently capable vehicle.
