It's a Soros funded organization based out of NYC, run by hedge fund people, they certainly aren't pro communism or Marxism, but they have a lot of videos advocating for unusually things when compared to typical neocon and neolib economix thinkers and institutes in the west, in particular they have a pro-china tilt, I don't really know what to think about them and digging hasn't helped at all, anyone have any decent resources or videos about them? Or suggestions for where to look?

Could be the signs of intra-class conflict. There will be biiiiig money in it for any segment of the US bourgeoisie who can maintain links with China/BRICS+ while the rest of them fall apart (like Apple, currently, losing billions). If they 'win'.

Also worth noting is that the bourgeoisie tend to be a lot more… honest when talking among themselves.

And while the imperialists often pool their money in funds like BlackRock and Vanguard, there will be disagreements about what policies will be most profitable. Those making money off short term transactions will have a different outlook to those who want to invest in something that won't pay out for 50 years. Although each imperialist has their hands in lots of pots, there is still some competition amongst them.

Perhaps they are running a campaign to hedge their bets. The Koch brothers also were in favor of prison abolition. I don't know much about them either, but they are either trying to profit from this or use these positions to persist when a major change occurs.

I don't know how reputable they are, but these two video from their youtube caught my attention:

How Economists Invented Austerity & Paved the Way to Fascism

Development, Climate Change & Capitalism

They're both very critical of capitalism, perhaps even explicitly Marxist, as in the second video Ying Chen refers to her paper How Has Ecological Imperialism Persisted? A Marxian Critique of the Western Climate Consensus.

Rewatching them, they're both explicitly marxist.
