I’d move SJSU up a spot or two, and maybe UTEP above Navy, but otherwise seems like a good list
I would also potentially move Umass up, they have a great punter
I feel like I want to give UMASS #1 just for winning a game at all.
I had to put NM State last for losing to UMASS
They’re not as terrible as a couple years ago. Went 5-7 last year, and 10 points away from 7-5. Against bad opponents, but still FBS wins
UMASS? They went 1-11 in 2022 and 2021
