Now its the time for other countries to explicitly state what they'll do in case of a nuclear disaster in Ukraine. A bold, red line must be drawn and reiterated time and time again so that Russia doesn't dare to cause another disaster, this time a nuclear one.

US Senate just proposed treating it as NATO Article 5 violation. I'm not sure that can be done without the rest of NATO passing similar measures, but I'm sure as hell in support of REMOVING Russia from Ukraine the second they pull that shit, in the quickest most efficient manner possible.
Russia would never do such thing. They would never cause an ecological or humanitarian disaster and blame someone else for it. Never.

The lack of consequences for Russia blowing up the dam, is a huge problem IMO.
The only thing preventing Russia from blowing up nuclear plants in Ukraine, is fear of further actions by NATO.
