Fwiw zoom has posted a response denying they use any meeting user data to train models

How trustworthy this is remains to be seen. I pay them for a BAA so while I’m not a lawyer I’m pretty sure if they do this it would be a contract violation and they could be sued by any healthcare worker that pays them for hipaa compliant zoom

Personally I wouldn't touch zoom with a 100 foot pole for tele-therapy. I'm just waiting for there to be some kind of major leak and an "oops all these private conversations got leaked, sorryyyy"
