This boss is fairly easy provided you come prepared. You should have at least 15 lasagnas, but don't use them to replenish your HP! You will need to drop them one at a time, and while Grafold is looking for it, dash to his belly and attack him. After 5 times, he will summon Nerglam, which is easy to kill but you have to keep avoiding Grafold's attacks. Once Grafold's HP falls below 25%, it will trigger the Monday dimension, which is annoying as you get slowlier but it's basically the same.
I found Woddie a lot more difficult with the giant tongue attacks.
