Does the country you live in mandate drinking bottled water? Otherwise: can't beat tap water and a reusable bottle in terms of sustainability.

Gotcha, yeah I have a hydro flask that i fill from the tap daily - my question about bottled was sometimes when I'm headed out somewhere i don't want to carry around a huge flask, i'll grab a bottle to go from the garage fridge.
Garage fridge... So you live in the US :D Just don't drink tap water in Flint, Michigan... There are smaller bottles to take with you - take a look at https://www.freshlabels.de/en/products/dopper-original-dop006/ - those are a bit under half a litre.
I tried drinking only fiji water for a week last year and by the end i loved the flavor so i'd say fiji.
Move over to Scotland and enjoy crystal clear, full of minerals, delicious and, on top of that, free tap water <3
If your local water isn't safe or you have a well and don't have the right filtration equipment, I'd recommend getting the big 5 gallon bottles for water dispensers. They're much cheaper, and fully returnable and reusable.
