War criminal Henry Kissinger is at it again, at 100 he's gone to China to meet with diplomats as though he were part of the State Department even though the White House denies knowledge. What's he playing at?

this is too kind a phrase by giga-orders of magnatude.
edit: one can only hope he does something remotely beneficial for humanity before becoming worm food. but the odds are staggeringly against.
His becoming worm food likely IS the thing he can do to benefit humanity.
