I'm not taking chance with mollusc from Melaka Straits lol. Also it's frozen so texture no good for raw.

Drizzle with fake cheese sauce

My brother also suggest cheese but...not sure i will like it :x

If it's already frozen then the texture is already best for cooking. +1 for something like an omelette. I'm not confident baking would be likely great tho (I got no tips and takut rubbery vs undercooked)

Yeah, i was thinking about deepfrying it or omelete, not too sure about baking it as well, i don't like eating that way and i'm not confident with my skill ๐Ÿ™ˆ

you're better off just shucking them and make a small portion of oyster omelette.

How bout making a bigger portion of omelette ๐Ÿ˜‚

I think egg-omelette-corn starch ratio is important lol.

Cannot, froze it already, have to be cooked

[โ€“] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

I think you can just bake them.

now that you mentioned it, I think baking with salted egg sauce would be nice.

Idk what would happen if you bake it tho, will probably nuke it since most places stir fry the sauce
