How to edit lore in character AI chat (self.casual_perchance)

What is the best way to edit lore entries. I am using rentry and edit the txt there. I got to do /lore and re-upload (or whatever the button says) but the lore doesnt actually change.

The lore didn't even change until I just replaced the file with a different one with the updated entries. Is there a better way to do this?

There seems to be a delay/caching that happens when the lore is downloaded and loaded. After a while (not sure how long), the lorebook would delete the cache and re-download the new content. If you want an immediate change, you can directly add the new lore on the text editor on the top.
