List of dumb reasons that I got banned from Reddit or subreddits (lemmy.ml)

  • Using a rickroll link where the URL says "my nudes" (banned for "sexualizing minors" because I am a minor)
  • Banned from r/AntiWork for crossposting from r/AntiWork to r/AmITheAngel ("trolling")
  • Banned from r/NoFap for mentioning EasyPeasy method to quit porn
    • I could have discovered EasyPeasy much sooner if r/NoFap did not ban people for mentioning it. It's extremely dangerous to censor this!
  • Banned from r/UglyUncensored for having a different opinion
  • Evading subreddit bans with alt accounts

Reasons that Reddit is now banned from my life:

  • Harassing me by finding my alt accounts
    • It is very frightening to feel Big Brother watching you!
  • Allowing porn
  • Playing audio without any interaction, causing music to be paused (malware)

They'll also ban you from one subreddit if you're a member of one they don't like. They have whole lists of subreddits that they find undesirable. Your post to their subreddit could be perfectly fine, but they'll still ban you just because your member of those other subreddits.
