So how long have you ladies been on the internet ? Have you ever disclosed your gender intentionally on social media or forums? Have you ever lied about your gender just to avoid attention? I did a bunch, and I still do from time to time.

It's not really that I ever lie, I just...never correct anyone. For whatever reason (my theory is all the swearing), I get mistaken for a dude 9 times out of 10, sometimes even on Discord where my avatar is a heavily edited version of an actual photo. Who am I to disabuse them? I've seen the quality of my messages when they figure it out.

I've only ever disclosed it by insinuation, to give the weight of personal experience to a stance, so I guess I technically have, very rarely. On the daily, I do have the one stereotyped hobby that should give me away, but I see no reason to remain silent about things I enjoy.

I may even use that knowledge to overload a spammer with questions about it. You came hoping for boobs, but now we gonna learn how to increase shell stitches in the round from this only available video on the subject, whose resolution genuinely makes their example project look like a discarded orange peel. There will be a test.

I don't hide it but I won't mention it. I have noticed however that if you're arguing with a guy online, if they know you're a woman they go sexual with the insults really quickly and it's super gross.
