I like the air fryer because it's a tiny convection oven that doesn't heat up my house and works great for the amount of food I need to cook at any given time. Also it was much cheaper than buying an actual convection oven lol

My microwave is one of those weird microwave/oven combos. Fast bake (uses both) is great for burritos

Paper towel under breads/wraps in the microwave is how I do the same thing. The trick is allowing air flow on all sides, otherwise moisture gets stuck while trying to exit the food making it soggy.
