Modern
Modern format discussion
Modern is a non-rotating format that allows all cards that have been printed in a core or expansion set from the origination of the modern card, or 8th Edition. Additional supplemental sets printed specifically for Modern are also allowed.

Birthing Pod, oof that one hits hard. It was my first modern deck.
My favorite deck to play in was UB Fae and it has pretty much been pushed out of the format at this point. I hope it makes a comeback at some point because Bitterblossom used to be a threat and now it's just fallen to the way side.
[[Nahiri, the Harbinger]] was a card I tried to jam into many brews. Great card and every ability was useful. I am not sure if she can be used in Wizards Tower however?
[[Mycosynth Lattice]] (+ [[Karn, the Great Creator]] ) Essentially a 1-card combo that makes your opponent unable to tap anything (including lands) on the board.
