The Road was my favorite book that I'll likely only ever read once. It really sticks with you and McCarthy was a master.

Blood Meridian is a masterpiece and my favorite book of all time. "His feet are light and nimble. He never sleeps. He says that he will never die. He dances in light and in shadow and he is a great favorite. He never sleeps, the judge. He is dancing, dancing. He says that he will never die."

Inevitable. He didn't write a lot, but you know someone's writing is special when most of their output is commonly talked about in all-time greatest American literature discussions. Rest in Power.
