A bit of an old school choice, but I've got to go with Green Day's Dookie. Not only is every song a banger, but it holds a special place in my heart as one of the first CD's I ever bought with my own money.

Either Enema of the State or the self-titled album by blink-182. Both are absolute bangers.

Both great choices. Enema is obviously a classic. I'd personally put Take Off Your Pants and Jacket over the self-titled though.

It's hard to pick just one, but here are my top 10 pop punk albums in no particular order:

  • Dookie by Green Day
  • American Idiot by Green Day
  • All Killer, No Filler by Sum 41
  • Life's Not Out To Get You by Neck Deep
  • So Wrong, It's Right by All Time Low
  • From Under the Cork Tree by Fall Out Boy
  • Mmhmm by Relient K
  • RIOT! by Paramore
  • f.e.a.r. by Stand Atlantic
  • Ocean Avenue by Yellowcard

Not sure if I can pick favorites but I'd definitely rank Masked Intruder's self titled somewhere up there! Not to mention their shows are ridiculous fun.

More recently Intruder Blue did a tour over at the Punk Rock Museum, makes me wish I was closer to Vegas to go to those things.

Love Masked Intruder. Saw them a few years ago at Riot Fest in Chicago and they put on a great set. "Heart-Shaped Guitar" is a bop and a half.

Great album, way to choose something even older than my pick lmao

I do have to say, though, that Milo Goes to College always struck me as more of a pure hardcore punk album and less of a pop punk album. No doubt that later Descendents stuff leans heavy in to pop punk and they were a big part of creating the subgenre in the first place (along with Buzzcocks), but I personally think that started more with I Don't Want to Grow Up

So many good ones. Lagwagon’s Trashed or Double Plaidinum. Millencolin’s Pennybridge Pioneers.

Honestly never really got in to Lagwagon or Millencolin (I know some of the more popular songs), so I'll have to check those out!

My vote is All Killer No Filler. It’s not super aesthetically pleasing, but it is certainly a funny concept and stands out well.

Under soil and dirt - the story so far

One of the only albums I'll listen to in track # order. It flows together so well

Transit's Joyride and Fireworks Gospel are probably my favorites. Gospel doesn't have a bad song on it, and joyride is fun pop-punk

Unwritten Law's Elva. That album just pumps me up every time I listen to it.
