I was just watching with my kid, and we were talking about how bad it sucks when legends go out with a lot of damage and it's painful to watch. I am very happy for Robbie.

We had some sad ones recently, Fedor and Shogun... Feels so good when they leave on a win.

Those two really hurt. They each should have retired a decade earlier. Glad to see Robbie get a big W on his way out.

Robbie is a beast. What a career. Glad to see him go out on a win.

Perfect way to go out. Legendary career.

So happy to see Robbie put a button on his career like that. What a legend.

Amazing combo, just big bro’d him in the clinch, not sure what Niko was thinking, probably rocked from the first big hit.

Goodbye my sweet king of violence.

Loved that he got the win, but the fan in me was disappointed it was over so quickly.

A true storybook ending with a beautiful mini-ceremony in the cage. One of the best scenes I can remember seeing in the octagon. Congratulations to Robbie Lawler on a fantastic career and the perfect send-off.
