You should check out the MicroG project, it can replace Google play services but it requires some hacking with Xposed modules. I got GMail working with it

Peertube, but it's extremely small right now.
Odysee is bigger, but it's not federated
On wikipedia page of 'fediverse' it is called 'peertube', haven't tried it myself yet
