Whither Reddit? In the meantime, here’s a place to chat up old school revival (OSR) and new school revolution (NSR) style TTRPGs.

My name is Todd aka Hexed Press and I am the current caretaker (have I always been the caretaker?). Here are some other places to find me, if you are so inclined:

I pledged the Knave 2e Kickstarter and I can't wait for the early pdf to drop. Is anybody else waiting for Knave or maybe another game to drop? It is always interesting to be actually waiting for something as opposed to using my musty old tomes lol.

I missed the kickstarter but I am eager to give it a read!

I'm excited for it to drop, but I'm not waiting for it to play games :D I'm running a hack of knave with 3 stats and a luck mechanic.

From the preview knave 2e doc on DTRPG, you should actually have most, if not all of the core knave 2e rules if you want to get going right now!

So many games have come out recently.
I will most likely still pick it up

I backed it. I've gottena lot of utility out of Ben's other games, so this one seemed like a no brainer for the tables alone, much less the rest of the game underneath it.

I got a look at one of the patreon previews and I can't wait for the full thing. It looks like it's taken all the accessible bits from the 1st edition, Cairn, Mausritter, etc, and added a nice amount of level progression and comparability with OSR modules. The other thing is how playable it seems. Everything is easy to find, descriptions are terse but evocative, and the crunch is easily understood. I'm so excited.

I backed it, not because I think I'll ever played it but because it was shiny and I can't help myself.

But it does look interesting. I'm looking forward to reading it.

I backed it and I check my email for it every day. Yes I'm excited. I might still wait until I have the proper book to run a game, but I'd still like to study it first.
