I think itβs GP Name and then City. Itβs just most races have the nation as the GP name.
They did Emilia Romagna for Imola. And 2x Monaco.
But weird nonetheless. Iβd prefer the normal City, Country for all of them.
There can't be more than one GP with the same name, which is why we've had names like the Luxembourg, San Marino, European, Pacific GPs, etc.
