(safe) Unsecure security

I received an email from them with a technical breakdown of how the accident happened and a commitment to do better going forward. Overall the explanation made sense, and I feel better about an accident involving a mismatch of user IDs internally than an accident that would allow a leak of sensitive user information to outside sources. To me this isn't a big enough issue to stop using their products and I appreciate the transparency and speedy response from them.
