yum, I just put a tsp of that in a small serving of guac and will be using liberally on my white chilli which is still cooking ๐Ÿคค

I'm building my tolerance back up.. On account of my kids so far just not being ok with any type of heat... I'm slowly sneaking in an extra drop or so into their "plain" Bolognese sauce... slightly evil laugh

It's totally worth it! My kids are into foods on the spicy side because of the same approach. My daughter adds cracked pepper to her sandwiches. My son loves to add Tijuana or Oaxacan oil to his noodles. My daughter adds this oil when she makes guacamole. Chef's kiss

That's a good brand, I wish their bottles where bigger as I use them too quickly.
