A lot of people are denying that it's a genocide, despite all the obvious facts. And those people are the ones in power in many western countries.
If it was obvious why didn't the Court issue a cease and desist order like they did for Russia? Seems like they'd use the power available to them if the accusations were plainly evident wouldn't they?
They wouldn't against Israel, for the same reasons they wouldn't against the U.S. if the U.S. did the same. I'm pretty sure the U.S. is violating international law ATM in regards to the border they share with Mexico, and I expect no action will be taken against them.
