nicotine craving poem
Rolled out of bed, got no plans todayPain in the head, ground my teeth away
Drink my coffee first, now I'm fairly caffeinated
Thinking of the worst, my thoughts R-rated
My meat-vessel
Is not a temple
My heart's a nightclub,
Full of cigarette butts
I quit smoking months ago, no nicotine
But the craving lives on, so addicting
I think that tailors are worse than rollies
Both are gross, neither are great or healthy
I'll still feel sad but the smoke makes it fun
I want the feeling of it in my lungs
I'll still feel bad and the smokes make it true
I want the feeling of one or a few
My meat-vessel

I quit smoking (except rarely while out drinking) about 2 years ago. Was vaping for quite a while. Now I'm hooked on nicotine lozenges ๐ข
That's the way to do it I reckon. i cold turkeyed once many years ago, was a sweaty, irritable mess for 2-3 days, cravings for longer, but really not too bad in my experience. Now I've just traded one addiction for another ๐คทโโ๏ธ
I gave up smoking about 6 years ago but I still use the spray. It's like a nerve pill or something. Still better than smoking.
I vaped so much on the last booze bender I'm now addicted it. Hmmmm. Will get me some mints soon, this is crazy.
I'll wean myself off or catch a cold and break it that way. They're so addictive though and the no nic ones apparently still have it in them anyway. Trust the black market to be shady as fuck.
