The black jacket with green sleeves and the red X is from the Extreme Team kits, the head is mismatched but the torso will be from one of these kits:

The head I do recognize, it's likely from Aquasharks or some other Aquanauts spin-off (the Aqua Dozer was my favorite), but it looks like it was also used in a couple of Hoth kits:

I'll have to look some more but that's what jumped out first.
